New Hampshire High School Softball - Stevens topped by Winnisquam
May 19, 2025: Tilton, NH 03276 Winnisquam Bears (Tilton, NH) supporters left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Stevens Cardinals (Claremont, NH), 14-2 in a league game.
With the triumph, Winnisquam improves its record to 5-7 on the year. The Bears travel to Fall Mountain (Langdon, NH) to play the Wildcats in a Division III game on Wednesday, May 21. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 6-7. Fall Mountain lost 9-6 in their recent league game against Hopkinton (Contoocook, NH)
The Cardinals now hold a 4-8 record. They play next when they host Monadnock for a Division III game on Tuesday, May 20. Stevens will play a Huskies squad coming off a 6-3 league loss to Prospect Mountain (Alton, NH). The Huskies record now stands at 10-2.
