May 2, 2022: Dorchester, MA 02121 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Malden Golden Tornados (Malden, MA) and the host Boston Latin Academy Dragons (Dorchester, MA), witnessed Malden's volleyball team overcome Boston Latin Academy by a score of 2-0.
The Golden Tornados now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greater Lawrence Tech for a non-league game on Friday, May 6. Malden will meet a Reggies team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Lowell Catholic (Lowell, MA). The Reggies record now stands at 3-4.
The Dragons (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Revere (Revere, MA). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record.
