May 2, 2022: Gates Mills, OH 44040 The Gilmour Academy Lancers baseball team (Gates Mills, OH), was overwhelmed 12-1 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Walsh Jesuit Warriors (Cuyahoga Falls, OH)
The Warriors now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Benedictine for a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 3. Walsh Jesuit will face a Bengals team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over North Royalton (North Royalton, OH). The Bengals record now stands at 2-0.
Next, the Lancers face the St. Ignatius Wildcats (Cleveland, OH) in a non-league outing, on Friday, May 6. Gilmour Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 7-1 record after their 11-0 league win over Avon Lake (Avon Lake, OH).
