The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Suffern Mounties (Suffern, NY) and the visiting Somers Tuskers (Lincolndale, NY), saw Suffern's lacrosse team achieve victory over Somers by a margin of 18-13.

The Mounties (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Clarkstown North (New City, NY). The Rams enter the Section I -A challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Clarkstown North was overwhelmed by Nyack (Upper Nyack, NY), 18-10, in a league challenge.
