May 2, 2022: Palos Heights, IL 60463 The Reed-Custer Comets (Braidwood, IL) soccer bounced the host Chicago Christian Knights (Palos Heights, IL), 5-1 in Monday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Reed-Custer moves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Comets travel to Herscher (Herscher, IL) to battle the Tigers in a Illinois Central Eight bout on Tuesday, May 3. The Tigers enter the bout with a record of 14-4. Herscher won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Peotone (Peotone, IL)
In their next game, the Knights battle the Ridgewood Rebels (Norridge, IL) in a Metro Suburban bout, on Wednesday, May 4. Chicago Christian will attempt to move on its 6-12 season record. The Rebels enter the bout with a 2-13 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL).
