Washington High School Softball - Toledo bounces Kalama
May 2, 2022: Kalama, WA 98625 Toledo Indians (Toledo, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Kalama Chinooks (Kalama, WA), 13-1 in a league challenge.
The Indians now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winlock for a 2B Central challenge on Thursday, May 5. Toledo will battle a Cardinals squad coming off a 19-5 league win over Wahkiakum (Cathlamet, WA). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, Kalama falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Chinooks travel to Stevenson (Stevenson, WA) to battle the Bulldogs in a 2B Central challenge on Wednesday, May 4. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 1-8. Stevenson won 12-10 in their recent league challenge against Winlock (Winlock, WA)
