Michigan High School Baseball - Dowagiac loses to Paw Paw
May 2, 2024: Dowagiac, MI 49047 The Paw Paw Red Wolves crushed the host Dowagiac Chieftains baseball team by a count of 11-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Red Wolves now possess a 13-7 record. They take the field next when they host Three Rivers for a Wolverine B bout on Friday, May 3. Paw Paw will face a Wildcats team coming off a 8-7 league win over Plainwell (Plainwell, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-9.
Next, the Chieftains face the St. Joseph Bears (St. Joseph, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 4. Dowagiac will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 7-7 record after their 10-7 non-league loss to Kalamazoo Central (Kalamazoo, MI).
