Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Wellesley overwhelmed by Newton North
May 2, 2024: Newtonville, MA 02460 In Thursday's league game, the host Newton North Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Wellesley Raiders.
The Tigers now have a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milton for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 7. Newton North will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Hingham (Hingham, MA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-6.
The Raiders (5-6) will now prepare for their game against Boston Latin Academy (Dorchester, MA). The Dragons enter the non-league game with a 9-4 record. In their last game, Boston Latin Academy dropped by Boston College High (Boston, MA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
