New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Kinnelon drops to Westwood
May 2, 2024: Washington Township, NJ 07676 Westwood Cardinals (Washington Township, NJ) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Kinnelon Colts (Kinnelon, NJ), 14-5 in a non-league battle.
The Cardinals now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they host NV - Old Tappan for a non-league battle on Friday, May 3. Westwood will clash with a Golden Knights squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ). The Golden Knights record now stands at 8-2.
In their next game, the Colts clash with the Vernon Vikings (Vernon, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 9. Kinnelon will attempt to advance on its 4-9 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 7-5 record after their 8-7 non-league loss to North Hunterdon (Annandale, NJ).
