Wisconsin High School Soccer - Slinger knocks off Kettle Moraine Lutheran
May 2, 2024: Slinger, WI 53086 Slinger Owls (Slinger, WI) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Kettle Moraine Lutheran Chargers (Jackson, WI), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Owls face the Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes (Whitefish Bay, WI) in a North Shore challenge, on Tuesday, May 7. Slinger will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Blue Dukes enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Ankeny Centennial (Ankeny, IA).
The Chargers now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Catholic Memorial for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. Kettle Moraine Lutheran will face a Crusaders team coming off a 8-0 league win over Waukesha North (Waukesha, WI). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-6.
