Colorado High School Baseball - Castle View defeats ThunderRidge
May 2, 2024: Castle Rock, CO 80109 Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting ThunderRidge Grizzlies (Highlands Ranch, CO), 11-5 in a league test.
With the win, Castle View upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Sabercats travel to Chaparral (Parker, CO) to face the Wolverines in a bout on Tuesday, May 7. The Wolverines enter the bout with a record of 13-1. Chaparral won 5-2 in their recent league bout against Heritage (Littleton, CO)
Next, the Grizzlies face the Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 4. ThunderRidge will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 7-5 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO).
