Ohio High School Lacrosse - Westerville South drops to Pickerington Central
May 2, 2024: Pickerington, OH 43147 In Thursday's league test, the host Pickerington Central Tigers lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-7 victory over the Westerville South Wildcats.
The Tigers now have a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hilliard Darby for a non-league test on Saturday, May 4. Pickerington Central will face a Panthers squad coming off a 11-6 league loss to Pickerington North (Pickerington, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 7-7.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Lincoln Golden Lions (Gahanna, OH) in a Region 3 test, on Tuesday, May 7. Westerville South will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Golden Lions come into the test with a 5-7 record after their 10-4 league loss to Thomas Worthington (Worthington, OH).
