May 2, 2025: Elizabethtown, PA 17022 The Elizabethtown Bears (Elizabethtown, PA) baseball trounced the visiting J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado (Lancaster, PA), 12-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Bears now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Solanco for a Lancaster-Lebanon 2 challenge on Monday, May 5. Elizabethtown will clash with a Golden Mules team coming off a 6-5 league loss to Conestoga Valley (Lancaster, PA). The Golden Mules record now stands at 10-9.
With the defeat, J.P. McCaskey drops to 2-17 on the year. The Red tornado travel to Hempfield (Landisville, PA) to clash with the Black Knights in a Lancaster-Lebanon 1 challenge on Monday, May 5. The Black Knights go into the challenge with a record of 17-0. Hempfield won 15-4 in their recent league challenge against Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA)
