The Valley City Hi-Liners baseball squad (Valley City, ND), was overwhelmed 10-3 in Friday's league contest with the visiting Fargo South Bruins (Fargo, ND)

With the triumph, Fargo South moves its record to 8-6 on the season. The Bruins host Mandan (Mandan, ND) to confront the Braves in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 3. The Braves come into the contest with a record of 4-5. Mandan won 13-3 in their recent league contest against Williston (Williston, ND)

The Hi-Liners now possess a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Fargo for a Class A - East Region contest on Monday, May 5. Valley City will confront a Packers squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Horace (Horace, ND). The Packers record now stands at 3-4.
