May 2, 2025: Montague, MI 49437 The Montague Wildcats (Montague, MI) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Muskegon Big Reds (Muskegon, MI), 12-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Wildcats (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Oakridge (Muskegon, MI). The Eagles go into the Western Michigan outing with a 7-8 record. In their last outing, Oakridge was overwhelmed by North Muskegon (North Muskegon, MI), 6-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Big Reds play the Byron Center Bulldogs (Byron Center, MI) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, May 6. Muskegon will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 9-1 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Forest Hills Central (Grand Rapids, MI).
