The Bishop Hendricken Hawks (Warwick, RI) baseball trounced the host East Providence Townies (East Providence, RI), 8-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Hawks now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Catholic Memorial for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 3.
With the defeat, East Providence drops to 4-2 on the year.
