The Armstrong Trojans softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Iroquois West Raiders to 3 in the Trojans league win on Friday.

The Trojans now possess a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seeger for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 3. Armstrong will confront a Patriots team coming off a 18-6 league loss to South Vermillion (Clinton, IN). The Patriots record now stands at 5-10.

With the loss, Iroquois West moves to 6-11 on the season. The Raiders host Milford (Milford, IL) to confront the Bearcats in a Vermilion Valley battle on Monday, May 5.
