The Kouts Mustangs & Fillies softball team scored 17 runs and held the host Tri-Township Tigers to 1 in the Mustangs & Fillies league win on Friday.

The Mustangs & Fillies now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hebron for a Porter County battle on Monday, May 5. Kouts will confront a Hawks team coming off a 11-4 league win over Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN). The Hawks record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Tri-Township moves to 0-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN) to confront the Cherokees in a Porter County battle on Monday, May 5. The Cherokees come into the battle with a record of 4-8. Morgan Township lost 11-4 in their recent league battle against Hebron (Hebron, IN)
