The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Jacobs Eagles (Algonquin, IL) and the visiting Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL), saw Jacobs's baseball team beat Rolling Meadows by a margin of 9-3.

The Eagles (15-6) will now prepare for their battle against Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL). The Chargers enter the Fox Valley - Valley battle with a 9-14 record. In their last battle, Dundee-Crown held off Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL), 12-2, in a non-league battle.
