In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Scituate Spartans baseball team scored a close 12-7 win over the Rogers Vikings.

The Spartans (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Woonsocket (Woonsocket, RI). The Villa Novans go into the Division 3 game with a 12-0 record. In their last game, Woonsocket nudged Tolman (Pawtucket, RI), 4-3, in a league game.
