In Saturday's non-league match, the host Seneca Fighting Irish softball team scored a nice 16-0 victory over the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints.

The Fighting Irish (25-1) will now prepare for their match against Lowpoint-Washburn (Washburn, IL). The Wildcats go into the Tri-County match with a 0-15 record. In their last match, Lowpoint-Washburn was routed by Putnam County (Granville, IL), 11-1, in a league match.
