New Britain Golden Hurricanes (New Britain, CT) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy Phoenix (Hartford, CT), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Golden Hurricanes clash with the Wolcott RVT Wildcats (Torrington, CT) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 23. New Britain will attempt to advance on its 11-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 6-11 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Pomperaug (Southbury, CT).

With the loss, Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy drops to 1-4 on the campaign.
