Kennett Indians (Kennett, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lone Jack Mules (Lone Jack, MO), 11-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now own a 29-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Diamond for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 21. Kennett will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Willow Springs (Willow Springs, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 37-1.

With the loss, Lone Jack falls to 16-11 on the campaign.
