May 20, 2025: Reading, MA 01867 Austin Prep Cougars (Reading, MA) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Springfield Commonwealth Academy Tornadoes (Springfield, MA), 1-0 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Austin Prep advances its record to 20-2 on the season. The Cougars host Buckingham Browne & Nichols (Cambridge, MA) to battle the Knights in a non-league match on Wednesday, May 21. The Knights come into the match with a record of 10-10. Buckingham Browne & Nichols 3-3 in their recent league match against Lawrence Academy (Groton, MA)
