May 22, 2024: Portage, MI 49024 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Forest Hills Northern Huskies (Grand Rapids, MI) and the host Portage Northern Huskies (Portage, MI), saw Forest Hills Northern's lacrosse team gain a win over Portage Northern by a margin of 14-11.
The Huskies (6-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Mona Shores (Norton Shores, MI). The Sailors enter the non-league challenge with a 9-11 record. In their last challenge, Mona Shores edged Zeeland East (Zeeland, MI), 13-0, in a non-league challenge.
