Oregon High School Softball - Mountainside bounces Sprague
May 23, 2022: Beaverton, OR 97007 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Mountainside Mavericks (Beaverton, OR) and the visiting Sprague Olympians (Salem, OR), witnessed Mountainside's softball squad tip Sprague by a count of 7-0.
The Mavericks now sport a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bend for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 25. Mountainside will meet a Lava Bears squad coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Franklin (Portland, OR). The Lava Bears record now stands at 27-1.
With the loss, Sprague moves to 9-8 on the season.
