In Saturday's league bout, the Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Kennebunk Rams (Kennebunk, ME), by a tally of 10-2.

Next up, the Trojans encounter the Bonny Eagle Scots (Standish, ME) in a Class A South bout, on Tuesday, May 26. Thornton Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Scots enter the bout with a 10-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Falmouth (Falmouth, ME).

The Rams (5-8) will now prepare for their bout against South Portland (South Portland, ME). The Red Riots enter the Class A South bout with a 13-3 record. In their last bout, South Portland overcame Scarborough (Scarborough, ME), 6-1, in a league bout.
