The Morton Potters (Morton, IL) baseball trounced the visiting Morris Warriors (Morris, IL), 8-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Potters now own a 22-12 record. They take the field next when they host Geneseo for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 27.

With the defeat, Morris drops to 15-18 on the year. The Warriors travel to Plano (Plano, IL) to clash with the Reapers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 28. The Reapers go into the challenge with a record of 14-19.
