May 24, 2021: Peru, NY 12972 Spectators at Monday's league battle between the Peru Indians (Peru, NY) and the visiting Lake Placid Bombers (Lake Placid, NY), saw Peru's baseball squad knock off Lake Placid by a count of 6-1.

Peru will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Bobcats enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 15-5 league loss to Saranac (Saranac, NY).
