Massachusetts High School Softball - Beverly loses to Lexington
May 24, 2022: Lexington, MA 02421 The Lexington Minutemen softball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting Beverly Panthers to 7 in the Minutemen non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Lexington moves its record to 7-5 on the year. The Minutemen host Andover (Andover, MA) to clash with the Golden Warriors in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 25. The Golden Warriors come into the game with a record of 2-14. Andover lost 15-2 in their recent non-league game against Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury, MA)
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Gloucester Fishermen (Gloucester, MA) in a Northeast game, on Thursday, May 26. Beverly will attempt to move on its 13-4 season record. The Fishermen come into the game with a 10-6 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to St. Mary's (Lynn, MA).
