The New Richmond Lions baseball squad (New Richmond, OH), was overwhelmed 9-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs (Lynchburg, OH)

With the triumph, Lynchburg-Clay moves its record to 19-3 on the season. The Mustangs host Piketon (Piketon, OH) to confront the Redstreaks in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 27. The Redstreaks come into the contest with a record of 8-15. Piketon lost 11-0 in their recent non-league contest against South Webster (South Webster, OH)

The Lions now possess a 11-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Indian Hill for a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 28. New Richmond will confront a Braves squad coming off a 18-1 non-league win over Shroder Paideia Academy (Cincinnati, OH). The Braves record now stands at 17-8.
