The Bedford North Lawrence Stars softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Southridge Raiders to 3 in the Stars non-league win on Saturday.

The Stars now possess a 20-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Floyd Central for a non-league battle on Monday, May 26. Bedford North Lawrence will confront a Highlanders team coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Silver Creek (Sellersburg, IN). The Highlanders record now stands at 23-4.

With the loss, Southridge moves to 9-12 on the season. The Raiders travel to Gibson Southern (Fort Branch, IN) to confront the Titans in a non-league battle on Monday, May 26.
