With the win, Mountain Lakes upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Lakers travel to Pompton Lakes (Pompton Lakes, NJ) to battle the Cardinals in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 30. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 10-3. Pompton Lakes won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against North Warren Regional (Blairstown, NJ)
With the defeat, Hawthorne falls to 6-6 on the season.
