Iowa High School Softball - Estherville Lincoln Central bounces Sioux Center
May 25, 2024: Sioux Center, IA 51250 Estherville Lincoln Central Midgets (Estherville, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Sioux Center Warriors (Sioux Center, IA), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Midgets now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Monona for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 25. Estherville Lincoln Central will face a Spartans squad coming off a 14-5 non-league loss to Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Sioux Center falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Woodbury Central (Moville, IA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 25. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 3-0. Woodbury Central won 9-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Western Christian (Hull, IA)
