Maine High School Baseball - Narraguagus defeats Jonesport-Beals
May 26, 2022: Jonesport, ME 04649 Narraguagus Knights (Harrington, ME) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Jonesport-Beals Royals (Jonesport, ME), 13-6 in a non-league test.
With the win, Narraguagus upgrades its record to 4-8 on the season. The Knights host Sumner (East Sullivan, ME) to battle the Tigers in a Class C North test on Tuesday, May 31. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 3-12. Sumner lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Machias (Machias, ME)
With the defeat, Jonesport-Beals falls to 2-9 on the season. The Royals travel to Shead (Eastport, ME) to battle the Tigers in a Class D North test on Tuesday, May 31. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-11.
