May 26, 2022: Springfield, TN 37172 Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Daniel Boone Trailblazers (Gray, TN) and the host Springfield Yellowjackets (Springfield, TN), witnessed Daniel Boone's softball squad tip Springfield by a count of 4-0.
The Trailblazers now sport a 22-5 record. They play next when they travel to Wilson Central for a non-league match on Friday, May 27. Daniel Boone will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Stewarts Creek (Smyrna, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 25-6.
With the loss, Springfield moves to 22-5 on the season.
