Maine High School Lacrosse - John Bapst Memorial drops to Maranacook
May 26, 2025: Readfield, ME 04355 Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME) followers exited the stadium satisfied Monday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting John Bapst Memorial Crusaders (Bangor, ME), 14-7 in a league game.
With the victory, Maranacook advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Black Bears travel to Edward Little (Auburn, ME) to play the Red Eddies in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 27. The Red Eddies come into the game with a record of 6-4. Edward Little lost 9-5 in their recent league game against Lewiston (Lewiston, ME)
The Crusaders now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Camden Hills for a non-league game on Saturday, May 31.
