Missouri High School Baseball - Sullivan nips Lutheran South
May 27, 2025: St. Louis, MO 63123 The Sullivan Eagles baseball team scored 3 runs and held the host Lutheran South Lancers to 2 in the Eagles non-league win on Tuesday.
The Eagles now hold a 16-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Perryville for a non-league test on Thursday, May 29. Sullivan will play a Pirates team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Marquand-Zion (Marquand, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 13-12.
With the defeat, Lutheran South drops to 11-13 on the year. The Lancers host Lutheran (St. Peters, MO) to play the Cougars in a non-league test on Friday, May 30. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 4-21. Lutheran lost 5-2 in their recent non-league test against St. Charles (St. Charles, MO)
