Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team nip the host Charles J. Colgan Sharks (Manassas, VA), 9-8 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Freedom improves its record to 12-6 on the season. The Eagles host Gainesville (Gainesville, VA) to play the Cardinals in a non-league game on Friday, May 30. The Cardinals come into the game with a record of 14-3. Gainesville won 14-2 in their recent non-league game against Colonial Forge (Stafford, VA)
