Maine High School Lacrosse - Gorham drops to York
May 27, 2025: York, ME 03909 York Wildcats (York, ME) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Gorham Rams (Gorham, ME), 19-7 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, York advances its record to 6-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME) to encounter the Clippers in a Class B battle on Friday, May 30. The Clippers come into the battle with a record of 9-1.
The Rams now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Biddeford for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 31. Gorham will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 16-7 league win over Westbrook (Westbrook, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 3-8.
