Tri-County Penguins (Plainfield, WI) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Tigerton Tigers (Tigerton, WI), 9-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Tri-County upgrades its record to 7-8 on the year. The Penguins travel to Almond-Bancroft (Almond, WI) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, May 29. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 21-6. Almond-Bancroft won 15-0 in their recent non-league game against Newman (Wausau, WI)
