Kansas High School Baseball - Manhattan nips Blue Valley Northwest
May 28, 2022: Overland Park, KS 66213 Manhattan Indians (Manhattan, KS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Blue Valley Northwest Huskies (Overland Park, KS), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Manhattan upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Indians travel to Olathe West (Olathe, KS) to battle the Owls in a non-league test on Sunday, May 29. The Owls come into the test with a record of 3-1. Olathe West won 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Lawrence Free State (Lawrence, KS)
With the defeat, Blue Valley Northwest falls to 10-7 on the season.
