The Western Reserve Roughriders (Collins, OH) baseball trounced the visiting Wynford Royals (Bucyrus, OH), 9-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Roughriders now own a 9-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Colonel Crawford for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 30. Western Reserve will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 10-5 non-league win over Crestview (Ashland, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 12-14.

With the defeat, Wynford drops to 11-11 on the year.
