In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Briar Woods Falcons lacrosse squad scored a good 20-5 triumph over the Riverbend Bears.

The Falcons (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Independence (Ashburn, VA). The go into the non-league challenge with a 15-2 record. In their last challenge, Independence knocked off Riverside (Leesburg, VA), 12-11, in a non-league challenge.
