May 29, 2024: Grundy Center, IA 50638 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Grundy Center Spartans (Grundy Center, IA) softball team held off the visiting Jesup J-Hawks (Jesup, IA), by a margin of 1-0.
With the triumph, Grundy Center moves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Spartans travel to East Marshall (Le Grand, IA) to play the Mustangs in a North Iowa Cedar - West contest on Thursday, May 30.
