Iowa High School Softball - Twin Cedars bounces Mormon Trail
May 29, 2025: Garden Grove, IA 50103 In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Twin Cedars Sabers softball team scored a nice 33-5 win over the Mormon Trail Saints.
The Sabers (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Pekin (Packwood, IA). The Panthers come into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Pekin was routed by Lone Tree (Lone Tree, IA), 11-1, in a league match.
In their next game, the Saints battle the Diagonal Maroons (Diagonal, IA) in a Bluegrass - West match, on Friday, May 30. Mormon Trail will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
