Game Summary
The Warriors were on the front foot throughout a rainy evening at Adams Field. After a series of chances went by the board in the first half, Riley Schimanski took a pass from Emily Fox, weaved around 3 defenders, and lofted a shot over the keeper from 25 yards at 31:28. Holly Deutsch fed Fox for her own long range blast at 35:06. Immediate pressure at the start of the second half paid off when Avery Kingsepp found Deutsch, who bombed a shot from 30 yards that caught the keeper off her line at 40:46. Simone Criz closed out the scoring when she beat the keeper just under the crossbar from 18 yards at 47:15.
