Marquette Catholic Explorers (Alton, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Carrollton Hawks (Carrollton, IL), 15-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Marquette Catholic upgrades its record to 17-10 on the season. The Explorers host Southwestern (Piasa, IL) to battle the Piasa Birds in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 4. The Piasa Birds come into the test with a record of 16-9. Southwestern won 12-5 in their recent league test against Vandalia (Vandalia, IL)
