Colorado High School Soccer - Severance knocks off Berthoud
May 3, 2022: Severance, CO 80550 Severance Silver Knights (Severance, CO) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Berthoud Spartans (Berthoud, CO), 3-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Silver Knights face the Northridge Grizzlies (Greeley, CO) in a 4A/3A Longs Peak challenge, on Thursday, May 5. Severance will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a 13-1 record after their 5-0 league win over Mountain View (Loveland, CO).
The Spartans now have a 1-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Niwot for a 4A/3A Longs Peak challenge on Thursday, May 5. Berthoud will face a Cougars team coming off a 9-0 league win over Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO). The Cougars record now stands at 7-6.
