Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO), 5-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Ponderosa upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Mustangs host Heritage (Littleton, CO) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, May 7. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 10-2. Heritage won 9-6 in their recent non-league test against Chaparral (Parker, CO)

With the defeat, Castle View falls to 13-2 on the season. The Sabercats travel to Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO) to battle the Raiders in a test on Thursday, May 5. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 5-3.
